Tim was very knowledgeable of the area. His comparison homes for pricing were right on. They were the same type with generally same amenities. He kept us up to date on the process and making suggestions when needed for a minor course correction. Tim was easy to talk to and to explain thing that need to happen. I would recommend Tim and Century 21 that needs a realtor in the down river area. He is very knowledgeable.

One of the things we liked most about Tim was his patience and detail in describing the process, start to finish. As first time home buyers this was uncharted waters for us and he made the process easier than we ever could imagine. He spent the time getting to know what we were looking for and explaining different options that would fit our needs and lifestyle. He was on top of every step of the process and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Patience and communication made the process very smooth for us. I felt like Tim was one step ahead of the entire process so that we weren't blindsided by anything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during our first time buying a house.
