Like I previously mentioned we've known Tim for about for year's. It was a no brainer going with him rather than a stranger. A stranger wouldn't know what we were looking for. Tim went above and beyond his job for us. And that's why I would recommend him to my friends and family when looking or selling a house.

Tim listed my house on a Monday. I had competing offers the following Monday. The house sold for far more than I would have guessed. He told me how to set the house up, I followed his instructions, and the house was sold. Very easy.

Tim had our home in Ypsilanti on the market for maybe 30 hrs total. The first person to walk through made an offer we could not believe. As tim called us to explain the details, I think his tone was a bit of amazement as well.
