Tim was very knowledgeable about the area and very quick to respond to all of our questions and e mails

Tim Wojtala was highly recommended to us by a family member with previous experience with him as their agent. He definitely lived up to the hype. Tim was extremely courteous and professional at every point of the sale. I would recommend Tim to anyone in need of an agent, his dedication to his customers and attention to details are the greatest factors in what made my experience both pleasant and quick.

This was an 8 year ordeal. Tim was not just a realtor, but a friend as well. His guidance through one of the most difficult times in my life is invaluable. I feel not only do I have a realtor, but a friend for life as well. Thank you Tim for all your patience with my temper tantrums!

Tim kept up communications very well during a difficult closing. Not only is he knowledgeable about the documents needed such as TRID and all the paperwork, rules and regulations, he is also very compassionate and knowledgeable about the human emotions involved in moving. I feel I now have a friend for life.

We have used Tim to sell a house, purchase land and purchase a new home. It has truly been a pleasure each and every time. I will undoubtedly use Tim again in the future and would recommend him to any family, friends or acquaintances who need real estate services.

Professional yet personable! Listened to what I had to say and worked with me to accomplish a quick sale! I never thought my home would sell in 6 days! Tim marketed my home to insure a quick sale with an excellent sales price! I never had to call him for information...he always followed up with me after all showings. I did not have to worry about anything-Tim did all the work so all I had to do was wait for an offer--and I sold my home in SIX days!!

Tim Wojtala is very knowledgeable about the real estate business. He handled the sale of my home in less than 30 days. He handled every detail including offering "selling tips", and researching comparable properties in the neighborhood. He was very accommodating, working with my time schedule. I felt comfident during the whole experience, knowing he had my best interest in mind. Tim handled the sale promptly and professionally. AAAAA + Thank You!!!!!!
