Tim was always professional, compassionate, and treated us like family and that was invaluable. Tim was referred to us by a family member. I can't speak high enough of Tim. He is friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and over all an easy going guy. His knowledge in the area and in real-estate is impeccable. I have been more than satisfied with the service that Tim provided. He listened to the the items that I liked in homes as well as the items I was not too thrilled about. I remember there were a two homes that we went through where you stand there and think what in the world is/was going on here. His communication was great every step of the way. He explained all the paperwork to us ahead of time as he knew we were first time buyers and a little lost. He helped with my nerves when I was getting overwhelmed over the whole process and was very open to addressing any concerns I had with different properties.
