Tonya was very helpful throughout the entire year of our house search. She provided us with relevant updates on homes for sale in our desired areas, and she was always flexible to meet our needs and timelines when we wanted to check out the many homes we looked at. When negotiating price and other details with the seller, Tonya went far above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even when dealing with a difficult seller. An example of this is that the blinds were all broken in the new house and the seller refused to repair or replace any of them. Tonya helped me out by contacting the manufacturer and organizing replacement blinds (free replacement still covered under warranty) to be delivered to the house, and even kept them at her own place holding onto them for us, until we made the move. She even took care of the cost of installation of those blinds. The company who made the blinds would not allow me to do this, because I was not yet the owner of the house, so Tonya taking care of this was a huge help and relieved a lot of stress.
