I got to know about Tonya from a friend.she is very accommodating and nice.i got lucky cause at that time she is about to welcome her 2nd baby and still worked with us even a day before her c section!,anyways given her situation at that time she is still professional and friendly to us.she showed us all different houses and is patient with us too whenever we wanted to see a house.she gives us her honest opinion about all the houses we have seen and gave us important information about it.along the way I have known Tonya as a very friendly and honest nice lady.when we saw our house she guided us all through the way.step by step up to the time that we got the keys.i am so thankful I have known Tonya.she also made me feel her care for her clients and not just as clients but as friends as Well.she has a ton of clients but I am just one of those who are happy that have met her.she has lots of clients but she gave each and every one of us our first perfect home.she represented your company very well and she should be acknowledged for that. I am incredibly satisfied with Tonya. When we first met her, we joked that it was like we were on a first date. Although we were "shopping around" for realtors to find the right fit, she was also making sure we were a good fit for her. It took us about 5 months and we looked at over 10 homes before finding "the one". During that time, Tonya was so patient and never rushed us into anything - we never felt like she took us on as clients just to get the commission.. which is what we felt like when we were "shopping" for other realtors. She understood exactly what we were looking for and was very honest with everything. She was quick to answer phone calls, emails or texts and was available all the time. Even after we purchased the home, she would contact us every week while we waited to take possession to make sure we didn't have any questions. She's very genuine and never talked down to us.
