Since our Dad's home was ~2 hours from where we lived, Tracey was extremely helpful in getting someone to install the smoke alarms and handled the CO herself. This was important to us since we could not get to the house as readily as we would like due to the distance and our own jobs. Very impressive The overall experience was great.
