We were referred to Val through our friends and after meeting her, we knew she was the perfect person to help us find our home! Val was, and still is, very accessible for questions and guidance through the whole process. She is the best!

Even though we were living in Phoenix for over a year before we moved, Val still kept in touch, provided us with portal listings, and checked in from time to time. She stayed on top of the listings in the area we were interested in living and was incredibly helpful when the time to move was upon us! And in the meantime she also helped my parents when they were searching for a house! She helped with negotiating our offer very well and we were able to get a better price for the home! And she has been very helpful in getting us in touch with the right people to do some contracting work. Val Hooten is invaluable to Century 21 and that company is very fortunate to have her aboard!

Val is very detail oriented and was available anytime needed. She was excellent in letting us know what the overall process would entail and kept us up to date throughout the buying process.

Val did it all for us. A true pleasure.

We worked with Val Hooton previously on a home sale and purchase. She was top notch then, and she was our first choice for a realtor this time. It was no surprise that she was outstanding in her support for our recent home sale. Val is so knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and goes above and beyond to help her clients meet their goals. I cannot recommend Val enough. She sets the bar very high! Our home sold very quickly. I appreciated that Val scheduled an open house for right after the ad went live. I think this motivated buyers to make an offer quickly. Val provided very valuable advice regarding how to set our sales price. Val is incredibly responsive, which was very important to me and much appreciated. Selling a home can be stressful, and Val's responsiveness helps ease that stress. She exceeds my expectations. Val is simply incredible to work with. I have worked with other realtors in the past, and Val is heads and shoulders above. Beyond the professional aspects, she is a delight to work with. I highly recommend Val Hooton for your home sale or purchase!!

Ms. Hooton was extremely well organized, effective, efficient, and compassionate. She greeted us the first time with an organized folder and even bought water and drinks for the kids. She showed us the whole city. Talked about the place-- places to eat, shop, health care, libraries, parks, and entertainment. She listened to us and it showed in the houses that she showed us. She also set up meetings later in the evening because both my husband and I work long hours. She did video tours with me because I was not able to travel to follow up tours. She explained the pros and cons in great detail about the decisions that we had to make. She connected us to the right resources. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a house in Carmel, IN.
