Val Hooton understood my situation, and what I was looking for, right away, from our first meeting. She set my expectations appropriately, helped me fine tune my search strategy, and as soon as the house I was looking for came on the market, she was ready to swing into action on about 15 minutes notice. Even though there was another offer, the one Val helped me put together won the deal with no back-and-forth at all (at least from my standpoint). And with Val's help, every step of the process from that point forward through the closing was smooth sailing.

There is no one better than Val about communication! She was on top of every single thing when listing and selling our home and usually had a plan before we even realized we needed one. We would use Val again and have already recommended her to a family member.

Val is amazing!! She helped us buy our new home, as well as sell our current home. She is knowledgeable, personable and a joy to work with! We would recommend her to anyone in the Indianapolis area!

I cannot recommend Val enough for anyone looking to purchase a home. The process went smoothly every step of the way thanks to her knowledge and professionalism. She was always available for questions and truly made it the easiest home purchase I've ever experienced.

Val Hooton is by far the all-around best agent I've ever worked with! She goes the extra mile every time and just goes above and beyond every expectation! She's so proficient in her role. Her knowledge and communication skills are so superior. I would not want to purchase or sell another house without her! She continues to reach out and be a tremendous help to us, even though we have closed. She's the best!

I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful Val was in the entire home buying process. As a now first-time homeowner, Val walked me through every step, had recommendations for everything, advised me on the best way to handle every turn, and overall was such a joy to work with. I would recommend Val to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I fully trusted Val in every decision made buying a home and could not be happier. She worked so hard to ensure things ran smoothly and quickly and was so knowledgeable about anything that arose, whether it was information about a neighborhood, negotiations, inspection after buying, absolutely everything. Even after the fact I still find myself texting and asking her questions and she is right on it to help. Not only was the process smooth, she made it so much fun along the way. So grateful we found you, Val!

Val did a fantastic job working with me as someone selling a home for the first time. She had great communication and organization skills. I would happily recommend her to anyone.
