Very easy and accessible to work with

We would definitely recommend Gini Pelton. She had previously soli our son’s house (in two days!), and he recommended her. We are glad he did. We had two offers fall through, then had three offers in the same day. Gini expertly guided us through all of this. We would definitely use her again, and recommend her to others.

Gini Pelton is the greatest real estate broker I know! Gini is positive, proactive, productive and incredibly proud of Manistee County! She cares deeply about people and community. Working with her is easy and fun. I raise a glass of cava to her! Well done Gini!!! And thank you! Gini is a consummate professional. I recommend her to everyone I know. She knows people. She knows the community. And, she knows real estate. Century 21 has a beautiful building in Manistee. Every time I visit to the office it's a delight. I'm always taken care of by a smiling face. I've asked Gini Pelton to handle another sale for me this Fall. Thank you Gini!

We selected Gini because she was the listing agent for the home when we bought it. She was knowledgeable, personable and familiar with and passionate about the Manistee area. Additionally, Gini was easy to work with and she knew the property we were selling! Gini made everything from start to finish go as smoothly as possible. I would recommend her service and I would also hire her again as my agent.
