Gini did a GREAT job helping us BUY and Sell our properties during a rough time (pandemic). She was always available (or reachable) and did her best to represent us when we had a couple glitches with the condo selling agent. She was very patient with me when I found it necessary to 'oversee' a few issues during the condo construction. (Which I KNEW sometimes tested her patience. But I found this necessary if we were going to be able to 'continue on' with this process). Would defintiely utilize her services again....if she would have ME!!
