Virginia Pelton is knowledgeable, frank, honest, warm and considerate. She seems to know everyone. She goes the extra mile on everything. We were interested in an adjoining property and she did some research on it for us, and always asks what else she can do. She responds to all inquiries and concerns immediately. We look forward to working with her on another property. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

She helped me through a very long sale and greatly helped me understand everything

It was a pleasure to work with Gini in searching for a home in Manistee. Her expertise of the real estate market and the community we live in was priceless. Her passion and love of Manistee is contagious and makes the sometimes tedious process of buying a home so much more enjoyable. Thank you, Gini!

Virginia Pelton was wonderful to deal with as a real estate professional. She helped get us the house that we wanted under very difficult circumstances and her level of expertise was exceptional. In our opinion she is number one in her field out of all other real estate agents in Manistee and we would definitely use her again. Our experience was excellent and Virginia Pelton is a great asset to Century 21 Boardwalk and the city of Manistee.

Gini was great to work with. She helped us with contractors. She was patient with questions and concerns we had. I know she is a person we can continue to ask if we have questions about the area (which is new to us).

Gini is the best
