She's a professional real estate agent who does her job well

Gini, is a very prompt and excells at communication. Her knowledge of the local market is excellent and her support staff is outstanding.

We had a fantastic experience working with Gini Pelton throughout the purchase of our property in Manistee. From start to finish, Gini was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. She guided us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions quickly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. What really stood out was Gini’s attention to detail and proactive communication. Whether it was coordinating with the lender, helping us navigate negotiations, or ensuring we stayed on track for closing, she was always one step ahead. It was clear she had our best interests in mind at all times. We would highly recommend Gini Pelton to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication truly set her apart.

I found Gini to be very supportive and knowledgeable of the process. She kept me informed about sales in the area and was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend her. Thank you.

Gini is personable, patient, and VERY knowledgable about the area we purchased in (Manistee), which was critical to us as buyers from outside the County, and seeking advice on investment properties. She made herself available on short-notice for showings, and even communicated while out-of-town around the holidays. We feel like we have a new friend/neighbor in Gini before even moving in!

Gini was very responsive after hours and on the weekend for me. She worked well between the seller and me. I appreciate all her work.

Gini was knowledgeable, friendly, easy to reach, overall enjoyable to work with. I always felt like she really cared and wanted to make sure I completely understood the process and was very determined to 'close a deal' quickly and to my satisfaction! I highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell/buy a house!

Gini is everything you want in a realtor; knowledgeable, communicative, and resourceful. It was a pleasure working with her!
