We had dealt with Gini for several years. Though my (Ken) interest was half-hearted for a move unless the perfect property was found, my wife was always enthusiastic for a move. Though I'm certain Gini sensed my half hearted interest for several years, she always responded timely to my wife's inquiries positively and didn't give up on us. She always kept us in mind and passed on anything that looked like it might interest us. Finally, the ideal place showed up and she put us in first place to get it despite enduring lots of tension from the sellers. She handled the situation magnificently and both we and the seller's got the outcome we both wanted. Gini is personable and approachable but is also all business. She is very busy all the time, but gave us the time and attention we needed, whenever we wanted it. Gini IS Century 21 and the preferred agent in the opinion of people we discussed our search with. She seemed to be known by most everybody in town. Very active in the Community, too, always promoting Manistee tirelessly.
