Gini was very laid back and down to earth from the get go. She showed me the one place and then asked if I had a few minutes she could show me a place that was not even listed yet. We went and saw the second place and I knew it was what I wanted so she began to do the work on her end. Gini followed up with things in a timely manner, is always approachable and demonstrates trust in the relationship she builds.
