Vivian Benedict was very pleasant and easy to work with. She did everything she could to keep me informed of what all was going on. She knows her stuff! Sometimes she had to explain things to me again but she did it very willingly and professional. I would definitely reccomd her.

Having purchased several homes over the years, I’ve worked with many real estate agents, but Vivian truly stands out as a high-level professional. She didn't just show me properties; she provided deep market analysis and helped me navigate the nuances of this specific transaction with total ease. Vivian is incredibly efficient and always stayed three steps ahead of the process, ensuring no detail was overlooked.
