She performed well, doing whar I asked.

We are extremely pleased with how Vivian Benedict helped us search for and find the perfect home. She walked us through the process, guided us through a mountain of forms ? and helped us negotiate a great price on our "new-to-us" home. We absolutely love it! Vivi knew what we were looking for and made sure we got it. Communicating with her was a breeze whether we called or texted and kept us up to date with the bank and title company all the way. She was a delight to work with and we would use her again without hesitation - although we NEVER want to move from this home! Thank you Vivi!
