Wayne built our home 30 years ago . As a recent widow I knew I could trust Wayne to make good decisions for me. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy about how things should be done . His construction knowledge was helpful to several lookers and the buyer.

Working with Wayne, my realtor was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I felt confident every step of the way. No question was ever too small, and his expertise made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. What really stood out was how friendly and genuine he was. He didn’t just treat me like a client—he treated me like family. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and was always patient, supportive, and honest in his guidance. I’m so grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and kindness. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will have your best interests at heart, I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

We have worked with Wayne 2 times for our realty needs and he is always a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and communicates well. I felt he had our best interest in mind during all dealings. I would recommend him to any friend or family looking for a real estate agent.

I found Wayne to be very helpful and knowledgeable. This gave us confidence in his recommendations which influenced a quick sale of our property. His integrity is impeccable.

Wayne did a great job and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. I would recommend him as an agent due to his knowledge, experience and years in the business.

Wayne was as amazing to work with the second time around as he was the first! We sold our old home and bought a new one with his help. Thanks to his many years and dedication to his craft, he's built up a thorough reputation with the realtors in the area and a heavy majority know him and have never had anything bad to say about him. Wayne builds excellent friendships and relationships with whoever he has the pleasure to work with, and my wife and I are always happy to see him!

Wayne was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the process step by step. I would highly recommend him.

Wayne was fantastic to work with. He's a no nonsense, straight shooter who isn't going to lead you astray. I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

Mr. Birkey is the most knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, kind, caring, effective, responsible, trustworthy, and down to earth Real Estate Agent that I know. Mr. Birkey was not only a Real Estate Agent for decades, he also has experience in building houses for 45 years. Mr. Birkey went above and beyond helping me buy my first and recently helping me to sell the same house. Through the interactions with him, I grew in my sense of trust in him. Mr. Birkey‘s rich knowledge and experiences was an extremely satisfying experience for me. Such an experience will be remembered for the rest of my life. I will highly recommend Mr. Birkey to my friends and others.

Wayne was critical in the success of buying a home. He goes the extra mile to make sure we're not spending too much. He crunches all the numbers for us so we know exactly what to expect before closing. I could go on and on about all of Wayne's hard working attributes. I highly recommend Wayne Birkey if you're buying or selling a home.
