My home selling experience with Wayne Birkey was excellent. His experience in real estate is very helpful. His knowledge of the housing market helped us price our house perfectly. I believe we sold our house so quickly because of the detailed description and great pictures Wayne listed. His hard work ethic and care for my family through the selling process are just a couple reasons why I'll continue to work with Wayne in the future.

I highly recommend Wayne Birkey for anyone purchasing a home. Wayne was amazing helpful and patient. Since he has a lot of experience both building and selling houses, he has good suggestions and critiques that helped me evaluate what I was looking for and what I should expect. He walked me through the process in detail so I always understood what needed to be done as I purchased my first home. I also appreciated that he always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I never felt pressured by Wayne to purchase property I wasn't excited about, and he made it easy for me to make an offer once I was found one I loved and was ready. I would definitely work with him again in the future and am recommending him to my family and friends.

Wayne Birkey was very great to work with. He guided me throughout the entire home buying process, and it made the process much easier for me!!! He is really appreciated! Thank you 🫶🏿

Wayne Birkey is the absolute best realtor with whom I have ever worked !! After a number of real estate transactions and potential transactions, both as a prospective primary residence and as a rental property, I have never encountered a realtor as thorough, caring and hard-working as Wayne Birkey !!! His attention to detail and ability to anticipate what might be needed are second to none. He continually goes beyond the call of duty and exceeds expectations of a real estate professional. Unless you have a relative or close friend to whom you are beholding, Wayne Birkey should be your only phone call ! I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. Rather, you will wish you had worked with Wayne in the past !!

Wayne was excellent with quick and accurate communication during the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the transaction. He listened to what we wanted, and gave great advice on listing and negotiations during the transaction. I highly recommend Wayne for any real estate needs!

We tell everyone about Wayne Birkey! He is simply wonderful to work with. Wayne is very professional, knowledgeable, considerate, timely, and a true gentleman. He made selling our home so easy and painless. We also think his son is pretty fantastic as well. Wayne's son, Doug Birkey, covered for him when he was having surgery. Doug actually drove up and met me at work to hand-deliver the check. Excellent customer service!

Being first time home owners, we entered the market very stressed and unprepared. Wayne was able to soothe all concerns almost immediately. He was highly recommended to us and overdelivered on our expectations at every level. He fully prepared and equipped us for purchasing our first home and always advocated for our best interests. With the current market, we encountered many obstacles. They each were met head on and overcome with ease. Wayne's experience was invaluable to us and we will be looking his way in the future.

Wayne Birkey is a wonderful agent who readily shares his knowledge and goes the extra mile for his clients. He has been delightful to work with; his kindness was only surpassed by his expertise of the real-estate industry. Wayne equipped me with many resources, answered all my question, and even gave me a book to help guide my house search and help me get the best possible deal. As a first-time home buyer, I felt blessed to work with an agent like Wayne.
