Wayne Birkey was very attentive to my needs. He was available to me at any time of the day and day of the week. His knowledge of the area was a factor in my decision making. I would recommend Wayne Birkey to anyone looking to purchase a home in the South Bend/Mishawaka area.

Thank you for your service. You have been a blessing in my life and I hope and pray you do well in life. I also look forward to working with you in the future and referring you anywhere I can. God bless and Godspeed! Thank you kindly.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was calm and advise us very well. We will definitely reach out to him in the future if we decide to sell!

It was a great pleasure to have Wayne help me through the homebuying process. He was extremely professional, polite, and genuinely caring and trustworthy. I would recommend him to everyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Wayne is the best! He listened to my needs. He worked hard every step of the way. He explained every step in a way I understood everything. I couldn't have asked for better.

I think Wayne Birkey did an excellent job for me and would do so for anyone.

Third house I bought using Wayne and all 3 have gone smoothly and would use him again.

Wayne was amazing! He advocated for us during the process and was honest. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable about the area and process. Wayne was so detail oriented as well. He wasn't interested in just getting us into a house but getting us into the right house. Wayne was amazing when it came to handling the buying process. One of our inspections didn't pass. He made sure that it was communicated with the seller and that he was in constant communication with them. Wayne made sure that we always had the right paperwork so the deal wouldn't fall through. Wayne is an amazing person. I couldn't find a negative thing to say about him, even if I tried.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and experienced with every step of the process, and especially patient with walking a first time home buyer through that process. He was very helpful to have at house viewings for his insights on the more technical aspects of the home especially. Wayne is very kind and friendly, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know.

We were paired with Wayne out of random selection after clicking a "contact agent" button on a well known home-listing website. Looking back, we could not have been more fortunate! Wayne is knowledgeable about the real estate process, to be sure, but is set apart from others in his knowledge of home construction. As a veteran builder, Wayne was able to guide our home selection by combining our ideal preferences, with his honest assessment of what was built to last. It took my wife and I a little time to find our own combination of preference and build quality in market of limited inventory, and we never got the impression that Wayne was growing impatient with us. All in all it was a great experience.
