Wayne went above and beyond for us. We wanted to tour the property numerous times and he was always available for us. We also text and called him well into the evening and always got a speedy response. We are so glad we got to work with Wayne! He has been amazing. So knowledgable not only with real estate and the area, but buildings in general. As first time home owners we are in the dark with a lot of things to do with owning a home and maintenance. Wayne Birkey made my first house buying experience a smooth and easy one. He was always responsive and quick to set up viewings.
