Mr. Birkey is a rock start agent!

Just as previously, everything Wayne Birkey did to help us with our property was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I just wish he was licensed in our new state so we could use him again.

Wayne Birkey is the hardest working realtor we have ever worked with in our 44 years of buying and selling real estate in the South Bend market. We would give him a 10+ out of 10 every day of the year!! On one occasion he called to let us know he would be a little late because his wife had gone to the emergency room. We were a bit embarrassed as he put us on the same rung of the ladder as Shirley. Knowing her, we feel privileged to be able to share some of his time! Meet with him, you will never be disappointed, he is the greatest!

Having been a builder himself, Wayne is a wealth of knowledge that we found absolutely invaluable. He is kind and accommodating and always available when we needed him. He is above and beyond professional, trustworthy and we would recommend him over and over and over again. He is THE BEST.

We had previously been in contact and seen a few houses but decided to postpone my purchase of the house. Once I contacted him again, he was again extremely helpful and patient which made for a final decision to work with Wayne. He was a great factor in making the purchase of my first house a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

We expressed interest in a house listed on Trulia and/or Zillow, and Wayne Birkey was the agent who contacted us and arranged for us to see the property. After seeing it, we decided not to pursue it, but from that initial contact Mr. Birkey became the agent who helped us. Mr. Birkey, a long-time builder, on several occasions explained to us matters that helped us evaluate the condition of properties. Since we had never before purchased a home, we were grateful for the explanations, advice and warnings that he gave us regarding the negotiation process, contracts, inspections, payments, etc. Mr. Birkey tried to understand our desires and needs and went out of his way to accommodate our particular situation. Without being pushy or intrusive, he offered helpful tips and gave us clear explanations as we checked out a series of homes. He replied promptly to the questions and concerns we communicated to him by phone or email. We found Mr. Birkey to be straightforward and honest and fair.

Can’t say enough good things about the way Wayne Birkey handled every aspect of our transaction. As out of town buyers we relied on him heavily for advice regarding inspections, mortgage brokers and closing agents. He not only provided excellent recommendations, but he followed up with them for us and helped coordinate all aspects from contract to closing. He earned our trust and respect and made this long distance transaction a breeze! Couldn’t have done it without him!

Wayne was efficient and professional. He took care of everything for me. He was very easy to work with and got the job done.
