Wendy was great. She was always on top of all of the steps and requirements and was great at communicating with us throughout the entire process. Wendy was great. We will totally use her again if we have real estate needs in Winchester in the future.

Wendy knew what needed to be done to sell the house in the way of upgrades. She had a list of contractors for repairs too. She suggested we purchase the equipment insurance too. This helped, as the day before closing the water heater went out and the insurance not only covered it, it was repaired that night. She also knew the market well and the right price to list at. This was important to me. We did discuss selling the house with other companies but they were no where near Wendy's knowledge base. I needed someone I could trust as I did not live in the house and was out of town. I felt I could trust Wendy in our first meeting. I had no problem signing with her that day. This was my mother's house who had passed away just a few months before.This made things harder on the family. Wendy knew this and worked with me making this hard process as smooth as possible. I will use her again in the future. Outstanding person and very professional. Wendy knows the latest technology too and made signing documents much easier. We also use Freedom Settlement through Wendy. We worked with Tamara LoPresti. She was great to work with and walked me through ever step of the way. I will be using both Wendy Conner and Freedom again. I plan to sell in Chantilly VA within the next few years and buy somewhere else in Virginia. I will be looking for the team again !
