My spouse and I are first time homeowners and we were relatively inexperienced anything related to real estate. Most of the language thrown around was unfamiliar with terms and phrases I never heard of, but Wendy made us feel comfortable and guided us throughout the whole process. She got to know us as a unit and understood our needs so that we could find the perfect home for us. We felt safe and protected that I had complete trust in her opinions and advice. She is very attentive to even the smallest detail. She made our homebuying process seamless and perfect. Could not be happier!

It was important to us to have someone that we could trust and be agile with given the volatile market and pandemic. Wendy was the perfect person for this. Wendy was extremely informative about the local housing market and what factors we may want to consider when buying a new house. She was always willing to be transparent with us about the realities of the situation to ensure we were making the right decision for our family at such a critical time. Wendy did an amazing job at being prompt with replies to our questions and communications. We could tell she made it a priority to ensure an excellent experience throughout this process.

Wendy was excellent helping us purchase our land. Quick responses and very knowledgeable when different situations arose.

Wendy made this so easy. Her knowledge and years of experience is a big reason why we used her. She has good standing in the community, very responsive to our questions and concerns and so professional. She is very organized and so easy to deal with. Thanks so much Wendy!!!!!!!!!

We had dealt with Wendy previously and had excellent results. We would not consider using anyone else. Wendy helped prepare for the sale and sold the property in 1 day, above the asking price. From our past experience with Wendy we knew everything would be handled to our satisfaction. Wendy exceeded our expectations on every level.

When we thought about selling our home we immediately thought of Wendy Grunewald. She is wonderful to work with and we knew she would be honest, fair, knowledgeable, and make the process move smoothly! Wendy Grunewald is someone you can trust and she takes the time to listen to what you need. We feel like Wendy is part of the family! Wendy Grunewald will grow to be like family. This is why we have been and will continue to choose Wendy Grunewald and recommend her to our friends and family! Wendy Grunewald helped ensure the selling of our property went smoothly, that we were informed through every step of the way, and that the prospective buyers had an opportunity to view the home.
