Wendy was amazing! She was so helpful and so very patient with us. We highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat. So easy to work with and so knowledgeable. Wendy spent YEARS dealing with us until we found the right property. She was so great to deal with and we valued her experience in every way.

My family has worked with Wendy in the past, and she is phenomenal! Wendy is extremely knowledgable, responsive (even drafting our offer at 10pm!!), and ensure prompt follow up. I couldn't ask for a better realtor! Wendy is a great asset to your team--my favorite quality is her responsiveness and "get-it-done" attitude. I never had to wait for a response or follow up on an issue. She is fantastic!

Wendy Grunewald is a very energetic, smart, enthusiastic realtor. We highly recommend Wendy to get the job done always with a smile!

Wendy was phenomenal in assisting us in closing on our house in order to purchase a new home. She was diligent in her follow through in all things revolving around the sale of our home to ensure everything went according to plan. Her critical thinking and hard work was paramount to ensure we were able to close on time.

Wendy consistently goes above and beyond for her clients. There are no words to express our gratitude for her hard work on this purchase. She works hard for her clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded all of our expectations.

Wendy went above and beyond to educate and assist me with buying my first home while still fairly representing the seller. I will be selecting and recommending her as my agent in the future.
