This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Wendy. This time was during COVID-19. She was professional and managed to stay on top of constant changes. I always felt she had my back! She's very knowledgeable and loves what she does. Her focus remains on her clients and not just money. She's honest even when asked the hard questions. I will definitely contact her if the need arises. Thanks for helping me make one of my dreams come true! Please

Wendy was very helpful through the whole process. I will be recommending her to anyone that needs a real estate agent. During the month before the closing, our sister ( One of the owners ) was in the hospital. Wendy was very accommodating and patient during that time.

Wendy was referred to us by a good friend who also happens to work for Century 21 in a different Wisconsin market. We trust our friend's judgement so gave Wendy the first opportunity to represent us and from the first meeting she did not disappoint. Attentive to our needs and patient with all questions. Provided guidance to help make the best and most informed decision. The home buying experience has many moving parts and pieces, most of which have time constraints. Wendy was extremely detailed, patient, and responsive to our needs to ensure all aspects of the purchase were smooth.

Wendy has helped me in the past on other purchases and I would not use anyone else! She is professional and holds strong to representing her clients while getting the job done. I would highly recommend her in anything real estate!

I was very pleased, very thoughtful, kind and helpful and would highly recommend her to anyone. PLUS, she did an excellent job!!

I would like the thank Wendy for the hard work, dedication and professionalism shown throughout the last several years. She found us the perfect lot to build our dream home and sold our previous home in just a few short days. She is a huge credit to her profession and a wonderful person. Thank you!

Wendy is an excellent agent that goes above and beyond your needs. Her timely responses and numerous check ins made the whole process a breeze. Wendy's experience really showed when she was giving us feedback on areas and houses we were looking at. I will use Wendy in the future, and have already recommended her to family and friends.

I met with Wendy as I was re-locating to the area. She is just so genuine and caring about her clients, I could not have imagined working with anyone else. She made both my wife and I feel at ease and kept us informed in our process. Wendy treated us like family and I would strongly recommend her to anyone moving to the area. She knows the market and works tirelessly for her clients. She is undoubtedly the best real estate agent I have ever had the chance to work with!

We interviewed three agents, and we knew immediately that we wanted Wendy to sell our home. The sale was by far the easiest step of our moving process. Wendy knew exactly where to price our property, and because of that, we sold within a day of our first showing. At no additional cost to us, Wendy provided the services of a professional stager who gave us excellent advice as how to prepare our home to its best advantage. Professional and considerate from beginning to end, Wendy Grunewald is a name that we will refer to family and friends in the Madison area.
