Throughout the entire process of selling our home, Wendy Grunewald handled all aspects with a high degree of professionalism and was a pleasure to work with. We would happily recommend her to anyone who is planning to either buy or sell a property!

Wendy is amazing! She handled everything for me, to my satisfaction and without any issues. It was a perfect transaction. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Wendy was exceptional in everything she did for me. She was timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and made the process VERY simple for me!

Wendy is AMAZING! Wendy is professional, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, sincere, smart, and well versed in her field. She "gets things done" quickly and efficiently. This was the easiest process ever, Wendy managed everything just perfectly and handled everything for me. She is AMAZING!

I have bought and sold many homes over the past 15 years... Wendy is the best there is. She is first class excellence in her field!

Wendy was a fantastic realtor! We worked with both Wendy and Ed and could not ask for a better team. If we ever need to purchase a house again we would not hesitate to contact Wendy and Ed again. They were with us every step of the house buying process and continue to assist us with questions during our first few months of owning our home. Could not ask for a better team!

We had worked with Wendy previously and it seemed like she was a woman who got stuff done and really looked out for her clients. As new home buyers and a no-nonsense person myself, both of those were very important. She answered a ton of first round questions for me without ever making me feel pressured to use her as an agent. She just seemed like she genuinely cared that we found a home we liked, no matter how long it took. She offered her advice when we were talking about making an offer and always weighed the pros and cons with us. She warned us what a low offer might do, etc. She also took care of nearly all the paperwork which was great, because we wouldn't have known where to start. She was always available, not pushy ever. Just communicated really well with us and made us feel like she was really advocating for us in the purchase. It felt like she took us under her wing and really watched out for us.

As a first-time homebuyer, I quickly found out I had very little knowledge of the real estate field. Wendy Grunewald and Ed Wall were extremely influential in the home buying process - very knowledgeable, very timely, and very polite. Without a doubt, I would love to work with Wendy and Ed in the future and would recommend them to anyone searching for or selling a home!
