I am thrilled to share my experience working with Wendy, a truly exceptional agent. From our very first meeting in a home without a functioning ac (imagine how hot it was in September; what a trooper she was), she took the time to listen to my needs and ensuring that my vision for selling my rental home was her top priority. Her dedication and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Wendy went above and beyond to provide guidance and support, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable. She was always available to answer my questions which I had many and offered invaluable advice that helped me make informed decisions. Her expertise in the market and strategic approach resulted in a successful sale. I am incredibly grateful for her hard work and commitment. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about her clients and delivers outstanding results, I wholeheartedly recommend Wendy, she is top-notch!

Wendy helped us through every step as first time homebuyers. We didn't know where to begin, let alone what kind of mountain we'd have to climb to accomplish our goal. Wendy was there every step of the way, essentially paving our path for us, all we had to do was follow the plan she put in place. We ended up getting a beautiful home and it's all because of her leadership.

When we met Wendy we instantly knew she was going to help us finally become homeowners. Wendy is the best at what she does. Any questions or any homes we wanted to see she would always make sure to answer and she would always make time to go show us those homes. Before we met wendy we went into trying to buy a house with no realtor and it was the hardest most disappointing time. But with Wendy this time around she made sure we understood everything , she made this a fun and exciting process and less stressful. We really love and appreciate Wendy . We have already referred her to friends and family

I met Wendy Richardson through a referral from Patti Larson, who once helped me with my earlier home search. Wendy is very organized and keeps you on track with the process. She keeps you focused on the targets and priorities - thus, making my home search and buying process a breeze (stress-free and fun!). Will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Wendy was the absolute best. She was there whenever needed and became a good friend to us. She took everything we told her in consideration and constantly checked up on us to make sure we were all on track with our plans. I would recommend her to everybody and I hope we can work with her again in the future!
