We had a bad experience with another broker from the area. We heard from family members that Century 21 was great so we called them. Was a great experience working with Jim. He was knowledgeable about local market and easy to work with. Excellent agent. Would refer without hesitation.

It was a true pleasure working with Jim and Century 21. He was always available for consultation and provided top quality professional service. We will highly recommend Jim and Century 21 to others.

VERRY GOOD IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE REALTY FIELD.

Jim was a pleasure to work with. He constantly provided insightful guidance in my search for a home and showed extraordinary patience in helping me to meet my very narrow criteria. I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a buyer’s agent.

Jim Convissor is an excellent realtor who helped us in a tough buyers market find a great home within our budget, location, and timeframe. Jim is always punctual, quick to communicate, and focused on meeting the needs of his clients. Jim came recommended to my husband, and I, through relatives. We are so happy to have had the opportunity to work with him. Jim is very patient and understanding and worked diligently to find us homes. He made sure we could see all the ones we were interested as soon as possible. We really appreciated his honesty and advice on any questions or concerns we had. We definitely recommend Jim and will certainly use him again in the future!
