"After our grandmother passed away last year, my family and I needed to clean out and sell her home which has been in our family for 60+ years. Initially, we listed for sale by owner and also on social media sites. Mike initially called me, polite, funny and optimistic. I ignored him for a few more weeks while we struggled to find a buyer for our grandma's home. Mike followed up with me again, and I said "Mike, you got a deal let's get it done."
Without us having to do almost anything, Mike Rotsaert sold our family home within a week and during the one and only open house he had. To say I was shocked would be an understatement.
I don't know how many people read these testimonials but to Mike: Thank you. Thank you for not pushing us during an extremely difficult process. Thank you for the lunches and breakfast. "This sale was an odd one. We had the abstract company and the attorney to work with and sometimes it was difficult for all of us to figure out where we were in the process and what should come next. We all had to make calls and push a bit. All in all, it was a good experience. Mike goes above and beyond to help when possible. He even came and mowed the yard several times! He is a good hearted, well natured person."
