Yes. With both Agent Pro and Broker Pro, you can import reviews collected outside of RealSatisfied so all your testimonials can be managed in one place. This is especially helpful if you're switching from another review platform or have client feedback in many different places, such as email, social media, or other tools.
Clients receive a review request from you by email — typically after closing — with a simple link to easily leave you a review. They rate you in three categories: satisfaction, performance, and recommendation; and can leave a written testimonial. The whole process takes just a few minutes and doesn't require your client to create an account. Agents can also share a Custom Review URL or add a Review Button to their agent Profile Page for clients who want to leave feedback at any time.
Yes. RealSatisfied offers API integrations for Broker Pro and Enterprise accounts, which allows for the automated creation of accounts (both users and offices) and automated survey sending and review collection through your transaction management system. This removes the administrative burden of manually setting up agents or manually requesting reviews — once a transaction closes, the process runs automatically on its own.
Yes. RealSatisfied offers integrations with many MLSs and Associations, including some of the largest in the United States and Canada. Once a transaction is marked as closed within the MLS, the agent will receive an automated reminder to collect a review from their client.
Yes. All reviews collected through RealSatisfied are verified, and we have policies in place to make sure every testimonial comes from an actual client. This protects the integrity of every agent's reputation and gives prospective clients confidence that what they're reading is genuine.
No — agents cannot remove or edit a negative review simply because they disagree with it. The only exceptions are reviews that don't come from a legitimate client, to fix a typo, or to remove sensitive personal information a client accidentally included in their testimonial. This policy is what keeps RealSatisfied reviews trustworthy.

No. Unfortunately, Google requires that each customer have a Google account in order to leave the review, and they must leave the review themself (the agent or broker can not post it on their behalf) . This rule applies to all businesses and review companies. RealSatisfied does offer a direct integration with Google, where you can include your Google Business Profile in the RealSatisfied review request. Once your client writes the testimonial, it will automatically be copied and the review section of your Google Business Profile will open. All your client needs to do is paste and submit! Agents and brokerages love how this integration helps them get more reviews on Google.
