As a broker owner or admin, having clear visibility into your brokerage's performance is essential. That's why we're excited to give you the new Reporting section in our Broker Dashboard. Quickly view aggregate responses to all your reviews and surveys, and export reports in one intuitive, easy-to-navigate layout.
The Reporting section features a modern design built for busy brokerage leaders who need answers fast. Everything flows logically, so you can spend less time searching and more time strategizing.
The Overview tab gives you a high-level snapshot of your agents' reviews and ratings. Use the Global Office filter in the top navigation bar to view data across all offices or drill down into a specific location. From there, refine your view by category, format, origin, language, or date. You'll also find a performance comparison view so you can compare your brokerage’s performance against the national average, and quickly see a distribution breakdown for all your reviews.
The Detailed tab surfaces aggregate data for each survey category and type, helping you understand your agents’ performance. Filter reviews by date, browse all responses and ratings, and download a PDF report that can be shared with your team.

The Exports section lets you download reports covering users, analytics, reviews, and integration data. Just click the download icon next to the report you need. Whether you're preparing for a quarterly review or syncing data with other tools, your information is always accessible and portable.

The Archive houses pending reviews and action items older than one year that were never completed. Instead of cluttering your Review section with outdated items, you can always revisit them here.
Every tab, filter, and export option in the Reporting section is designed to help you monitor agent performance, identify trends, and take meaningful action based on real client feedback. Check out our video tutorial for a guided walkthrough of each tab.
