We are happy to announce that Agent Dashboard has undergone a number of improvements, aiming to help agents collect reviews faster and manage them efficiently in one place. Agents now can get even more out of their Agent Profile Pages and showcase all of their reviews on the same page.
The focal point of this product update is the launch of a new feature called ‘Import Reviews’. This feature allows agents to upload reviews from third-party sites such as Google, Zillow, Facebook, Redfin, Yelp, Realtor.com, and others, into their RealSatisfied Agent Dashboard. Now agents can easily manage all of their client reviews from within RealSatisfied. Imported reviews can be displayed on RealSatisfied Profile Pages and shared directly to social media.
There are two ways to import reviews into RealSatisfied, either manually or by uploading a file. To see exactly how the ‘Import Reviews’ feature works, watch the video here.
The ‘Import Reviews’ feature is a premium feature available only for Agent Pro accounts. Reviews imported into RealSatisfied, do not count towards RealSatisfied awards and don’t include the ‘verified’ mark added to each testimonial gathered through RealSatisfied.
A new feature added to all agent accounts is a custom color picker that’s now available when publishing or downloading a testimonial. Now, agents have the freedom to choose whichever color they want for their testimonials.
But that’s not all. In the ‘Settings’ section of the Agent Dashboard, agents can set a default testimonial color (also through a color picker) that will be applied whenever a new testimonial is published. Agents can always change the color for each of their testimonials, which will not overwrite their default color set in the ‘Settings’.
This feature, already available in the Website Widget module, gives agents the ability to use their exact brand colors consistently across their social media profiles and their website.
To make things easier, we renamed the ‘Surveys’ section of the Agent Dashboard. It’s now called ‘Reviews’. That change also affected the button, which was renamed to ‘Request Review’. We made this change because surveys are no longer required - agents can simply request a rating and testimonial from their client without including a survey if they choose.
To give agents as much flexibility as possible, and also allow them to add a personal touch to the Review Request email that gets sent to their clients, we added an option to include a custom message. Agents can add a custom message by clicking ‘Optional settings’ when sending a Review Request manually.
For now, this option is only available for Seller and Buyer review types, but soon will be available for all.
Agents can also add a custom message to Review Request reminders they send to their clients.
We added social media icons right next to each testimonial in the ‘Testimonials’ section that link to the actual post for each platform. This way, agents can easily see where they published the testimonial and quickly view it on their social media profiles.
Our filters in the ‘Reviews’ and ‘Testimonials’ section also underwent a big change. We simplified everything so agents can quickly segment the data and apply filters. Now, agents can find exactly what they’re looking for in a matter of seconds.
We hope that these changes will help agents work smarter, collect more testimonials, and manage all their client feedback even more effectively!
